Tina is a life saver. When I was feeling helpless and overwhelmed with the responsibility of finding care for my mom who has advanced dementia, Tina was there to help. She responded quickly to my request, was able to provide care at short notice, worked to find the right fit for mom, all at a reasonable rate. You can tell she cares about her clients and their families. Tina will do whatever is needed to help you through a difficult situation with kindness and genuine concern. Tina is very highly ethical, very honest, and very transparent. Very high quality of service and dedication. She communicates very closely and openly with family members. Our parent is in assisted living and is a challenge for everyone. Tina's team has gracefully put up with abuse from our parent who cannot help themselves and does not have social awareness. This is not uncommon with aging parents. Her team members are very consistent, reliable, and also communicate well with us. Tina and her team are truly the best. When he left rehab on 2/4 he was unable to walk in his own. Tina’s team started caring for him on 2/7 and within a week he started walking with his walker. He has steadily been improving since then. They assist him with meal preparation, rehab/therapy, doctors appointments, and grooming. They have been a huge help and instrumental on getting him back on his feet again. He is very happy which makes us very happy.
